چکیده
In this paper, we prove the global existence and large time decay estimate of solutions to two-dimensional MHD boundary layer equations with small initial data, which is analytical in tangential variable. The main idea proof motivated by that [28]. additional difficulties are: 1. There appears magnetic field; 2. far field here depends on variable; 3. Reynolds number different from number. particular, solved an open question [33] concerning equations.

On the Local Existence of Analytic Solutions to the Prandtl Boundary Layer Equations
ABSTRACT. We address the local well-posedness of the Prandtl boundary layer equations. Using a new change of variables we allow for more general data than previously considered, that is, we require the matching at the top of the boundary layer to be at a polynomial rather than exponential rate. The proof is direct, via analytic energy estimates in the tangential variables. Communications in Mat...
متن کاملAnalytic solutions for the Stephen's inverse problem with local boundary conditions including Elliptic and hyperbolic equations
In this paper, two inverse problems of Stephen kind with local (Dirichlet) boundary conditions are investigated. In the first problem only a part of boundary is unknown and in the second problem, the whole of boundary is unknown. For the both of problems, at first, analytic expressions for unknown boundary are presented, then by using these analytic expressions for unknown boundaries and bounda...
متن کاملGlobal Small Solutions to 2-d Incompressible Mhd System
In this paper, we consider the global wellposedness of 2-D incompressible magnetohydrodynamical system with small and smooth initial data. It is a coupled system between the Navier-Stokes equations and a free transport equation with an universal nonlinear coupling structure. The main difficulty of the proof lies in exploring the dissipative mechanism of the system due to the fact that there is ...
متن کاملAnalytic solutions of hydrodynamics equations
Many similarity solutions have been found for the equations of one-dimensional (1-D) hydrodynamics. These special combinations of variables allow the partial differential equations to be reduced to ordinary differential equations, which must then be solved to determine the physical solutions. Usually, these reduced ordinary differential equations are solved numerically. In some cases it is poss...
متن کاملAlmost Global Existence for the Prandtl Boundary Layer Equations
We consider the Prandtl boundary layer equations on the half plane, with initial datum that lies in a weighted H1 space with respect to the normal variable, and is real-analytic with respect to the tangential variable. The boundary trace of the horizontal Euler flow is taken to be a constant. We prove that if the Prandtl datum lies within ε of a stable profile, then the unique solution of the C...
